By accessing and using Gantt Zero, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. Gantt Zero is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
2. Description of Service
Gantt Zero is a web-based client-side project management and scheduling tool. The application allows users to create visual timelines, allocate tasks, and optionally save this data directly to their personal Google Drive account using Google Identity Services. We do not host your projects on our centralized servers.
3. User Responsibilities
Because your data is stored locally in your browser or directly synced to your personal Google Drive, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the content of the data you input into the Gantt Zero application.
- We cannot recover your data if you delete your Gantt Zero JSON files from your Google Drive.
- You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your Google Account. We are not liable for unauthorized access stemming from compromised Google credentials.
4. Privacy Policy & Google API Data
Our data handling practices, particularly concerning the `drive.file` scope requested via Google Identity Services, are thoroughly outlined in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy.
5. Modifications and Discontinuation
Gantt Zero reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Gantt Zero shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gantt Zero, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
